Returns are easy! Here's how:
Please complete the “RETURN REASON” Form on the back of your packing slip. Return this form with your package, postage prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. We advise that you insure your package and request delivery confirmation for your protection. BME Retail is not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility. Please contact our Customer Care Department at: (702) 568-7109, to receive a return authorization number and address where to return your merchandise.**Note: without a return authorization number, your merchandise will not be accepted and an exchange or refund will not be processed!
If returning multiple cartons, please return the items with the matching invoice in each carton. If you do not request an exchange on your RETURN REASON Form, a refund will be processed if you paid by check or money order. If payment was by credit card, we will credit your account. Please allow 2 weeks for our receipt and processing.
